Massage Therapy

Communication and trust are vital between massage therapist and patient. A good massage can affect you physically and mentally.

Physically: The therapist manipulates the muscles, increasing bloodflow and
soothing the nervous system.

Mentally: A professional massage will help you to understand your body and where
it may be lacking touch.

Massage and chiropractic work have teamed together for years to provide total body relaxation. The massage therapist usually works first by spending the time needed to manipulate the muscles before the chiropractor does any adjustment or alignment to muscles, bones or nerves.

For good health and well-being, a massage at least once a month is recommended, followed by plenty of water to help eliminate any toxins that the massage breaks apart.
